As the Head of Digital McKinsey in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Michal advises clients, mainly banks and insurance companies, on how to discover their full digital potential and helps them to acquire, build, and operate digital capabilities to transform their businesses. Having worked across many countries and continents, more specifically, in Europe, United States, Middle East, Asia & Africa, his focus is on large scale Digital and IT architecture transformation. He is also focusing on redesign of operating models, digitization of key customer journeys for financial institutions and major improvements of time-to-market and productivity. As a member of the Firm’s Banking and Insurance Digital and Operations Practice, he led “health check” review of several large-scale IT projects across European banks, as well, as multiple cross-border IT operating model redesign programs for range of banking groups in EMEA, some of which involved post-merger integrations, cross-border operations, cost management, rapid simplification, digitalization, agile/lean initiatives, and more.

Chief Research Officer
Roman Kovac has been ESET’s Chief Research Officer since 2018. Previously he worked at ESET as Head of Security Research Laboratory and started at the company as malware analyst back in 2009. Roman is a graduate of Computer Science at Comenius University in Bratislava and has more than 10 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry. Currently he is leader of the Core Research and Threat Detection subdivision, which has – among other notable achievements – uncovered how the world’s first malware-induced blackouts took place, unearthed the first UEFI rootkit found in the wild, exposed the activities of various APT groups, and discovered the origin of NotPetya – one of most damaging cyberattack in history.

Bohumír Zoubek působí ve společnosti Profinit na pozici Services & Products Director. Kamila Rubaninska is part of the AT&T world leader in communications, media, entertainment, technology and is a Fortune 10 company. She is responsible for the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Maintenance/HelpDesk center. Kamila is the Director of Operations for the EMEA
team, where she leads and transforms the organization that consists of over 300
technicians. Her teams address post-implementation global business client issues,
and work closely with carriers, suppliers, internal departments, supporting a wide
range of managed services and technologies, such as CISCO, Juniper, EdgeWater,
CheckPoint, Software Defined Networks, Cloud services, etc. In her 11 years long history within AT&T, Kamila has worked in three countries, and had the opportunity to experience a true global environment. First in Bratislava, Slovakia, then in London, UK and now she is based in Brno, Czech Republic, where she is located for the past two years. Prior to this role, she supported the Vice President of Global Service Management as the Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations Manager. Also, she had held a variety of positions in the Inside Sales and Sales Support Teams. As a Certified Achieve Global Trainer, she had been actively conducting workshops across various AT&T business units and later supported various programs to help people grow professionally and personally, both in her department and external, as well as local based and internationally located coworkers.
