Hugh Owen is Head of Legal Business Solutions for PwC Central & Eastern Europe. Hugh is also PwC‘s external counsel in M&A with more than 25 years of experience in legal consulting. Hugh works on English law M&A, as well as general MA support. He has advised in connection with a variety of large-scale corporate and commercial transactions throughout Central & South Eastern Europe, in the telecommunications, media & technology, banking, insurance, energy, real estate and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining PwC, he worked as a partner of Allen & Overy, working on C&SEE M&A. Hugh also runs M&A training on topics like Sale and Purchase Agreements, Drafting and Negotiation Skills.
