I joined Synpulse in 2018 as a fairly experienced software engineer. As time passed I’ve been assigned and enjoyed more and more management tasks up until one day I was offered to take over this then small IT branch of Synpulse as a Managing Director, currently with more than 100 people and 4 other non-IT business units. Haven’t written a single line of code at work since, but still enjoying it the same, if not more. I would like to inspire you to take the choices in your career not so much based on money or the name of the company, but mostly based on the people in it, because they are the ones you will be spending your days with and who can help you grow as a person as well as a professional.
